  • Core Managing Committee for major decisions – meets every month
  • Facilitator/ Coordinator for each activity
  • Various Committees for Child and Youth Welfare–meet regularly to track and review activities:
    • Education Committee
    • Admission Committee
    • Management Committee
    • Progress Review Committee
  • Largely volunteer driven
  • Only 2 full time and 2 part time paid employees (Superintendent/ Supervisor/ cooks at Tarun Sadan)
  • Work on a minimal overheads structure – maximum funds are directed towards the beneficiaries
  • Largely consensus driven
  • Strives to develop beneficiaries as volunteers
